Very easy to find and checkin, the bus was on time. I would recommend to take a hoodie with you as it gets colder during the night. The AC is not possible to turn off - still if you’re prepared its absolutely bearable. We got some snacks and small water bottle. Overall a nice service!

it was convenient. there is a small toilet. the rear seats are comfortable, but the woman who works and helps during the trip was sleeping right behind us, on the floor and her legs touched ours, it was not very comfortable. I also woke up from her alarm clock, which rang for 10 minutes until we woke her up. They gave out a blanket, buns, juice and water. there was a stop at 23:30 with a free dinner on the ticket.

If you’re a light sleeper then this is a no go. The chairs are super comfy and spacious but not for sleeping in my opinion.

Bus was more comfortable than expected. Short break to eat something included. You habe to plan +2-3 hours for arrival time because the bus stops many times along the trip.

Comfortable seats, snack and blanket provided and stopped for a super meal along the way which is provided free with ticket. Lights off most of the journey to allow for sleep! Amazing service for the price!

We were supposed to arrive at 6.30 am, we arrived at 8.15 am. The bus stopped almost at every location although I temember it being an “express”

Booked the VIP24 bus from Bangkok to Krabi. Journey was 11 hours but was super comfortable. I had a singular seat (travelled on my own) which was good, and the bus wasn’t fully booked so plenty of space. I think there was a free meal but wasn’t too sure how to claim this, but there was a snack and drink provided. Definitely will be travelling back on this bus!
