Well the 9:00am bus failed to pick me up so the loal manager took me to their Cat Ba office to wait for the 1:00pm bus to Ninh Binh....... This way there was no way to get forgotten. The trip to Ninh Binh was a real express ride all the way to Tam Coc bus terminal we must have broken the speed record. So all turned out quite well and only 2.5 hours late.
