bus Express, Songserm, Aug 12, 2019
We got there. Drove pretty fast to first stop which was a family run business where the bus drivers served us and suggested we eat there at 12 midnight. I find this a bit strange but may just be normal? One thing I would improve is to be clear who the bus driver is where to follow him to as people behind me didn’t know who to follow. There are lots of people with bags rushing around in the station so could be easy to get lost (I didn’t get lost but can see how someone could be lost in the station to the bus). I would also say be clearer what is happening when the bus stops as many people where confused about why we were stopping and if we should get off or not. Again no issues happened here but I think people just like to be sure so they don’t worry or miss there stop. I would use service again and would recommend. Thanks

The 2nd class A/C sleeper car is very confortable, with large beds. Just make sure you bring a jacked, as the train is cold because of the A/C.

Thank you 12.Go Asia team for the support. We travelled with 11 people ftom Bangkok to Koh Samui with train to Surat Thani, bus and ferry. So it was not easy to organize :)) All the trip went very smoothly, from the bookings some moths before, through picking up of the tickets and to the travel itself. The train was very nice, toilets quite clean (for night-train standards of course; I don't compare to 1st class trains in Europe), the connections with bus and ferry also not problematic at all (even if the train was 30 minutes late it was still not a problem). Thanks a lot for the support. We'll use your services in the future for sure.

It was fun! Except the lights being on at night time on the train and being in the top bunk... I found it hard to sleep. Other than that, great service , friendly people at the 12go Asia office; English spoken and I got a free bottle of water, good value for money with all legs of the journey covered and cheap transfer from the boat to my hotel in koh samui. Great if you're on a budget as a flight is about £100.

Excellent service on time, clean train and turndown service very efficient
bus Express, Raja Ferry, Jul 30, 2019
Almost missed the bus, would leave at 21:45 but left at 20:20, almost 90min before scheduled departure. Noone at check in even mentioned this. Beyond that, everything went smoothly!
train #85.2 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways, Jul 26, 2019
We booked our tickets for the overnight train and ferry from Bangkok to Ko Samui about 5 months before we were due to travel. The tickets were confirmed as promised 90 days before the trip as that is when the train tickets go on sale for long distance journeys. We had 5 beds next to each other in the 2nd Class accommodation and picking up the tickets in Bangkok was very simple. We also picked up our return train tickets at the same time. Really easy company to deal with.

12goasia support is the best support ever i've ever seen. They are efficient, kind and helpful. Whatever is by mail, by phone, or into the agency. I recommend 100.000%

Very well organized by Unfortunately our train was late arriving in Koh Samui, and they never closed the lights in the train so it was not a good night sleep , and we waited a long time for the bus for the speed boat. It was a long experience

a waste basket in toilet or a small hanging plastic bag for waste in toilet.
bus Express, Transport Co, Jul 22, 2019
train #83.2 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways, Jul 21, 2019
Good efficient service from the team. The trip from Bangkok to Koh Samui on the train-bus-ferry all ran smoothly. We were met by a transit staff member at each connection stage who kept us up to date with where we needed to go.
bus Express, Transport Co, Jul 20, 2019
Bus was comfortable, but sometimes cold from AC but solutions was blanket from drivers. Good break with chance buy some very cheap food. In the port ( Don Sak) only little information what do it.

bus Express, Songserm, Jul 18, 2019
Good value for money. But the toilet should be well maintained as well as the cleanliness of the bus seat.
train #85.2 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways, Jul 15, 2019
12 Go Asia were brilliant and extremely helpful, even providing sound advice about where to eat at the station. The second class sleeper carriage was pretty good if quite noisy. If you find it difficult getting to sleep I would advise an eye mask and earphones.
