Passenger reviews out of total 0 passengers who traveled with us on this route.

At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that while we are closely monitoring the services, we are still an agency marketplace. That means we focus on ticketing services and route availability & coverage rather than on the factual seat reclining angle you will get on the bus today.

Stop all over the way, taking people from the villages

I was supposed to switch to a sleeping bus for the ride from Laos border to Luang Prabang, but instead we had to continue on the same bus from Chiang Mai. That bus did not have a flushing toilet or light in the bathroom. Also, no one could or would explain nor understand any English. Therefore, it was impossible to know what was going on! I am very disappointed, as I traveled with a 79 years old man, who needed better traveling accommodations. And we weren't the only ones on the bus with the same problem. It seems like the people who booked through 12goasia had the same problem.

Took the bus at chiang mai. The bus was fine and we could be one by bed. But once we passed the lao border the drivers where in a hurry to arrive. Made short stop, asked us to all go in the same restaurant turned of the small lamps when the night came. Left the big light on and did not want to put the small lamps. Even after 3 persons asked for it. Droped all of us at 3 in the morning instead of 5. Next time I will stay in the bus until 5 to sleep... Of course no tuck tuck and no guest house where open at that time

The bus was a great experience. The roads between the moutains was sometimes sketch but the landscape was worth it, but not the most confortable bus.

The bus is ok, but the drivers are crazy and they stop all the time in the middle of the nowhere to get and leave things, super weird and we got really afraid. Take your own food cause the stops are really bad.
