There was no toilet on the bus and it didn’t stop until 4hrs into the journey. My cabin was okay but my husbands light didn’t work along with a couple of other issues. We took a different company back to Hanoi that was better.

One of the best sleeper buses I've been on. The driver was very friendly. Had multiple stops for toilet and snacks. Blankets and sleeping areas were far cleaner compared to other bus providers. Would highly recommend.

This transfer was terrible since beginning. They left us waiting on the airport 2 hours and didn’t reply on the messages. The driver was extremely rude and didn’t speak English. After 2 hours when they picked up us, they stopped somewhere in the city and we had to get off the bus. They didn’t tell anything why. Then we have changed the bus. During the journey when you have break stops they don’t let you take anything from your bag. And you can not take any drink or food with you. Overalls very bad experience.

Everything was great! The buses are private, clean and comfortable! The only thing which really disappointed us was the wrong location of the office and the wrong pin dropped by the tour company. Be careful, guys! Because the pin and the office are located 850m from each other. So, we had to run in order not to be late.

My spouse, three sons (10 months and 3 and 6 years old) took the night Laman Express from Hanoi to Sa Pa. Everything was explained and organized in a very good way. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Additionally, the prices are super fair, our cabin was very clean and comfortable, we found some sleep and we arrived safely and in time in Sa Pa.

The ride to Sapa from Hanoi went well, but the location of the bus pickup point was not clearly described. Even after I contacted the 12Go office, I was not told clearly where to meet the bus. This disaster was only narrowly avoided because the bus arrived late.

I did like a lot the bus, and we also had 20 min to go the the toilet and eat something. I did not like the process of buying the ticket online because important information is missing. When people book it should only be available if there are in fact available seats. Also, it is not true that there are buses each 15 min. I managed to understand how it works because I found a phone on internet and I could talk to an operator.

The bus arrived on time but the staff from the buss office doesn’t treat you well. They don’t speak English and are very rude when you ask questions. My bf seat didn’t turn into a bed bc it had a hard structure underneath. If you are tall, I don’t recommend this type of trip. You need to arrive at least 20 min before departure so they can print you the seats. We booked the Luxury Van Limousine and we had seats number AX5 and BX5. We were supposed to arrive at Sapa at 5 am but we arrived at 4, so I recommend you to book a night before your arrival do you have a nice sleep. They wake you up shouting SAPAAAA
