At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that while we are closely monitoring the services, we are still an agency marketplace. That means we focus on ticketing services and route availability & coverage rather than on the factual seat reclining angle you will get on the bus today.

Great service. Driver be careful of potholes in the future. Us sitting at the back of the bus nearly hit our heads on the ceiling. Cambodia seriously needs to do something about the road from Kep to Phnom Penh

Second trip with Giant Ibis. 1st time, ac not working. 2nd time - we had to stop for more than 30minutes so they could fix something with the door. Poor maintenance and upkeep of their busses ... their slogan says reliable... not so much . Pitty, cause i chose Giant Ibis based on good reviews. Next time I'll try another company

After a great trip south with this company it was a disappointment for the return trip. Pick up from accomodation was excellent but the bus needed maintenance. This was no fault of the driver or crew who were excellent the whole trip. Bus struggled up the first hill out of Kep and had transmission problems. No air con but fortunately the driver made a call to swap us all to smaller buses at depot just outside Phnom Penh so we could at least have comfortable trip for the last half hour. I would also recommend that Giant Ibis change their bakery supplier as although a nice touch, these supposed pastries are barely edible. There are plenty of excellent french style bakers in Cambodia but Blue Pumpkin is not one of them.

The stop off didn’t have much selection for food.

Just no way to make that trip good. The wifi did mitigate some of the boredom associated with the 5 hour bus ride.

Compared to local buses and minivans it was pretty ok, reclining seat, seatbelt(!!), wifi available and plug socket at each seat. There was an overbooking issue with the bus i was on and two ladies had to sit on plastic chairs in the aisle for the whole 4+ hour journey - hope they got a full refund. It took about 45 min longer due to traffic near Phnom Penh than what was on the ticket - which wasnt a big issue for me but for some others to FYI in case you need to travel to somewhere else straightafter.

We waited for 45min on the side of the road until the bus picked us up ... it was nice though that we were picked up near our hotel. The ride took two hours longer than scheduled. Our driver threw his trash out of the window whenever he felt like it ... very disturbing!
