Bought this specific ticket because it was supposed to be a bus, it wasn’t. It was a small super cramped passenger van. They also dropped me off at bus terminal 1 instead of the bus terminal 2 that was in the booking.

We was not informed that Phuket Bus T2 does not have a bus ride to Phuket Airport.

They didn’t stop in any moment in 3 hours, only for picking up some people, no toilet, I had to change sit because they put the volume of TV extremely high, you can’t even rest a little.
