Nice bus service. No issues crossing the border. We arrived a little later than expected, but I don't think it was the fault of the driver. I would ride again.

I suppose that for the money, the ride got us to HCMC, though not near the comfort of our previous Giant ride from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. Our driver was a maniac driver like the others commented, but I am fortunate that we had no accident or breakdown. Wifi pretty much sucked. But you get what you pay for, I guess.

Was mostly good except when on the Vietnam side for immigration, we weren't given any direction and it took a very long time. Though I believe the wait was due to problems with the Vietnamese immigration system.

Usually Giant ibis are great. Was unfortunate that on this trip we had to swap busses part way because the bus we were on didnt have a pass to get into Vietnam. We swapped with another bus and their passengers at a muddy side street. Was fairly discomforting. Also was stressful checking to make sure our bags were put into our bus. WiFi wasnt working on our bus ride either. Also no toilet on board.

Not too bad, the air con and WIFI wasn't as good as other Giant IBIS busses we have been on, the problem is this bus broke down, and the staff did not give us any update or keep us informed. We were told it would be 1.5 hours before the new bus would be there, on the side of the road with a smoking bus. We had to get a taxi the rest of the journey.

Overall the trip was good. Border was flawless, however the bus conductor didn't understand thst some Europeans don't need visas so someone had to translate that it was okay for us not to have a visa in our passport

Very comfortable. But I think we had a delay going to Ho Chi Mihn but all in all, it’s a great and hassle free experience. The staff is very accommodating. ????????

Air conditioning didn't function properly, the WiFi did not work at any point during the journey, and the coach arrives at 5.45pm instead of 4.15pm, so 90 minutes late. Very poor.

From the moment we got on this bus things were not good! As it was at night the bus was very dark and not having travelled on this type before it was difficult to get orientated. It is flat bunk bed design(not like a Vietnam seat reclining type) with a very very small walkway down the middle. It was almost full from passengers getting on at Siem Reap so the upper bunks were full. My partner couldn't settle in the only vacant lower bunk because its a very confined enclosed space with no lights(other than on the phone) and so decided to sit on the front steps and got no sleep! The road is not very good in places and the coaches suspension isnt the best. The bus often sways and bounces - sometimes it felt dangerous. Sometimes very noisy. We got to the border and had to wait an hour before it opened! It then took another hour to go through the customs etc process which seems unnecessarily drawn out. Although we had an evisa we had to pay $3 each for a reason we couldn't understand - a bit of a con i think. I would never recommend this overnight bus due to its very dated design, safety nor comfort.

Really pleasant, easy journey. Comfy bus and smooth ride. The guide for the border crossing really knew what he was doing and spoke good English. He helped us with any passport situation easily. Only hiccup was when he was away handling the batch processing at the border. The driver spoke no English and wasn't able to communicate with us that we needed to take everything off the bus. Other than that, highly recommended. Unrelated to the bus company, do NOT take the taxis/tuktuks that wait at the bus stop. They wildly overcharge tourists. We got a taxi with a rigged meter and had to make him fix it. Be wary.

Our driver was pretty reckless. We've been on a few bus journeys through SE Asia and understand that the roads are chaotic it never bothered us, however our driver from PP to HCMC was a manic. He seemed to be getting a thrill from dangerous overtaking barely missing large trucks on the opposite side of the road all blaring loudly, he had to pull in at one stage because he almost took out an SUV that had been forced to stop suddenly. Rest of the service was fine, clean etc. Just had a nauseous 7 hours because of a bored thrill seeker.

A/C was working perfectly fine. Crossing the boreder was a breeze thanks to our guide. Clean bathrooms where we had to stop for lunch (though the place itself had lots of flies) comfortable seats, good enough leg room.

Bearable travel from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh City. There was a piece of hair inside the plastic of the bread though in which they replaced.
