This is a great company...I pre-booked and paid on line from Australia with a minimum of fuss...very easy. It’s a great way to sit back and relax for approx 4 hrs travel time to Kampot (which is well worth the journey). Be warned...The road is unsealed in places and really bad with lots of uneven stones and big potholes....much safer and easier for the bus to manoeuvre rather than a small van or car. Large reclining seats make the trip even more enjoyable...don’t go any other way...take a tip...just sit back and enjoy the safe comfy ride.

Comfortable seats and given a complimentary pastry. Long journey 4 hours not 2. Very slow and bumpy.

The bus was really comfortable, the viennoiserie and the water were well appreciate. The staff was nice. The toilet was broken ( but the driver stopped if we needed too) and sometime, I felt we were going a little bit fast despite the conditions of the road (really bumpy). It took us double time to get to Kampot, but it was understandable knowing the conditions of the roads. Overall, I suggest this company and will take it again.

Very professional company and lovely staff although the journey from phnom pen to kampot didn’t take 2.5 hours, it took us 4 hours to get there

We arrived in Kampot at 7 pm instead of 5:15 pm and we had to take another bus after 45 mn. Beside that, the trip was ok, wifi and plugs available.

Toilet was broken and Wi-Fi kept cutting but bus was comfortable, great to be able to charge phone (not by usb though), and appreciated the water. We arrived much later than planned with no communication though which I didn't appreciate at all.

The bus was delayed intitally as the passenger pickup service was late. Then, as there were more passengers added to the route, we were shunted to another bus terminal, where we changed busses. The road quality for the last hour was poor, but that's to be expected. The staff was excellent, and the entire trip was 5 hours, Phnom Penh to Kampot.

Service was fine. Bus departed 20 minutes late and the journey takes 4,5hours to Kampot. Not 2,5 as said here. The company knows this: before departing they already said it would be 4,5hours.

Bus arrived way later then we expected. According to our voucher it should have arrived at 17:15, but instead we arrived at 20:00. This means the bus took twice as long as it should have.

Very comfy , plenty room for legs , we could put the seats down (like in the plain ) Aircon was working just fine Toilet available (nothing fancy but worked) We also had one stop to use the toilet or buy something at petrol station Second time with this company and highly recommended The driver drove safely and because of the traffic we arrived 1.5h late to Kampot as scheduled. It was fine with us but if you travel to the airport allow more time for the travels just in case . I rather be late and safe

Comfortable. But arrived 2 hours later to Kampot, due to road conditions, not related to the the company.

Unfortunately the bus broke down after 2,5 hours of driving. A new bus came from phnom penh so we had to wait for around 2 hours. Overall, it was quite a bumpy ride, but that is on the quality of the road. After all, the company, giant ibis, responded correctly by sending a new bus.

Was nicely surprised with the service as you get WiFi and get a bottle of water and croissant. The journey is pretty bumpy but that was expected. It did say it takes 2.5 hours, but it was more like 3.5 hours with a 15 minute break half way.

Traffic in Cambodia is quite scary in general and the Ibis drivers are just as aggressive as anybody else. I would say any time spent on the road is risking your life. Especially when the traffic is less intense and you go fast. The Cambodian roads are NOT made for speed.
