Wee SWe recently completed a trip to Ipoh, Malaysia from Singapore and were really impressed.
We booked through 12Go Asia and then saw the really poor reviews on Google and were a little worried, however everything went really smoothly.
The staff in the Golden Tower booking office spoke good English and printed out our tickets for us.
The bus itself was really comfortable with large reclining seats.
The AC worked well and in fact was a little chilly so definitely bring a jumper.
The boarder crossing was easy and quick and the driver explained at both the Singapore and Malaysian checkpoint what you needed to do and where to go.
We had to change in Kuala Lumpur but the driver made a clear announcement and the second bus was already there waiting for us.
Arrived in Ipoh on time!
Would definitely book with them again.
