Not a sleeping bus as advertised. Just a recliner seat. So disappointed.

As the description says, Quite freezing is right! The thin blankets weren't enough, wear long pants! The bus is comfortable but it was hard to sleep with cold/bumps/constant tooting of the horn. The 'VIP' package included a can of coke, a banana cake thing a wet wipe and curiously a toothbrush and toothpaste (but no apparent way/time to use it) At the other end we were ripped off by the taxis charging several times what a 5 minute journey should cost. My advice is to leave bus terminal and talk to toktok drivers

The reclining seat was good. I slept throughout the journey. However, I felt that there was not enough space at mt legs area. I felt the seat infront of me was literally on top of my legs. And also, the staff woke me up to give me some snacks. Although it was out of goodwill, i suggest that the staff can just slot the snacks at netted thing infront of my seat next time. Dont have to wake up the customer who are fast asleep. Overall, my journey was good. I really cant complain too much! I would definitely choose JJ Express in my next trip to Myanmar. :)

Long slow, noisy journey on terrible trains but an amazing and unforgettable experience! Upper class sleepers are large but don't expect luxury. No air conditioning - just open windows! Booking with 12Go went smoothly and support was good.

I booked my bus from yangoon to bagan via 12go.asia, there's alot of 3rd party agents that sell bus ticket but i choose 12goasia, bcoz of reviews. And im very satisfied with the JJ express VIP bus. They have free coffee unlimited while you wait for bus, blanket in bus bcoz aircon quite high, free snack, they have small tv that you can choose from movies to music just use your headset, have big space to recline youur seat to sleep. Very comfortable. Have 3 stop over to eat and take toilet. Safe driving. I have wonderful experience in VIP couch express for 10 hours travel worth your money! Keep it up

We reserved the whole 4-berth compartment with 2 people. Trip was very interesting. You can see the every day life of the local people in urban areas. I would go for a bus if you care about comfortability, because the train does not have air conditioning and you will be covered by sand that consistently blows in from the window.

Very comfortable seats and everything is provided for long trips. The only disadvantage was that seats are not very clean but still it was a very comfy 10hour trip

What an experience, i was the only western person on the bus much to everyone else’s amusement, people kept staring at me the whole journey watching what I was eating, sleeping etc, made me feel slightly uncomfortable. They driver didn’t speak English and when we stopped wanted me to get off the bus with no explanation just shouted ‘OFF’ at me, strange experience won’t be doing it again any time soon. The bus itself was ok, clean, water and blanket but it was noisy, the TV was playing most of the journey which was loud too

We were late 20 min but called ahead of time to let them know. They waited. The entire drive was good. The 2 rest stops for 9 hours trip was appropriate. Snacks, blankets were provided.

The bus was clean and the seats were reasonably comfortable. However it was really difficult to sleep because of how bumpy the road was. Also because the bus has no toilet the toilet stops woke me up every time I went to sleep. About three stops through the night. The AC was freezing! If possible I would find an alternative mode of transport that allowed for more sleep and comfortable ride if travelling through the night

The food was way too expensive.. They really make a lot of money, always ask the price before.. Other then that it's a long ride and you probably gonna be late but it's fun, you kind of have to try at least once.
