It's fast, nothing to say on this side, my comfort is correct without more. Service compliant.

Everything was good. We started in time and reached Koh Payam due to the schedule

Taxi turned up on time and had mu name. Quick ride to the peir was followed by an even quicker ferry to Koh Phayam. Good service all round.

The driver waits well at the airport and the connection with the boat is seamless. Thank you

All in all okay. We had to change wg low tide yet the pier. Therefore slightly delayed... no problem.

We got what we have paid for, knowing that it was more expensive than direct fares but as last year the speed boat was full booked and we had to wait for the next one we thought it was worth the money. Only comment is for the speed boat, the step to get on bobard is vert high, not really convenient for ederly people, Théo should by a stock.stool Many thanks best regards

Everything was perfect.

Ferry was fast and fine. The transfer from the pier should have been with a mini bus. Arrived a cab that was too small for our wakeboard luggage. They then very quickly organized an open tuktuk which was then large enough.

Perfect booking, perfect service with pickup on airport and name on a sign. But price is to high. The old bus is 250Baht cheaper and arrived only 5min later...

De trip was fine, but de reservation not zo good. I have made extra payment for a taxi, the wont me pick up in Ranong. I give it up by reservation

Good perfect

We were informed early that the speedboat was broken and we would have to leave half an hour later. Very nice staff on the boat, as well as on the pier. Very happy to do it again... : )

Everything as described, you just have to be careful, because the bus driver wants to have you out of the bus already at the 1st stop (applies to combination ticket with ferry) and the transport to the pier costs extra, currently 50B

Very good we had booked a ticket at 10 o'clock but were already at 7 o'clock there and could then ride without any problem already with the speedboat at 7:30!The staff was very friendly!

Like what the importance of the person at the time of the reception of the departure is important better experiences than with the arrival on islands

The pier itself was a laugh, stinky muddy area on a river that leads to the ocean. But the staff was plesant , helped with luggage and insured safter

A really pleasant drive from the airport to the pier with a very friendly driver, who even took us to an ATM and to get some food on route which was very kind. The only thing I would say was that this 20 minute journey was very expensive.

We had a very good trip to Ko Payam. Very friendly and helpful staff and we were able to take the earlier boat despite our reservation.

The schedule was wrong ... departure at 12:30 instead of 14:00, but the transfer went off without a hitch.

Staff very Kindly, available to change time despite reservation. the boat was fast and confortable. Highly recommend.

Punctual and fast.

Boat left one hour later as scheduled. Boat trip itself was good!

It was ok. The usual Asian style way. Bought combi bus/boatticket which stated transport to pier was included. But is was not! At the bus office stop noone seem to speak English (same as on bus). Were dropped at the pier to be transported again to another pier. All arranged but without any explaination in English. If you find that annoying, be prepaired. Speedboat was fine, lifevests on board and quick service.

Although we booked bus and ferry together the transfer from Niomit office to the pier was not included (70bath/person).... You can also book the ferry directly on site. This is better in case the bus is late. And there are also cheaper (but slower) ferries here.... I no longer book the ferry online...

Unpleasant staff. Excellent bus. Bad quality of the roads. Arrived 1 hour late. Be careful with the cabs of the Nava Andaman who ask to be paid when they drop you off in Ranong.

Very nice, friendly and helpful people. They even brought me to the bus station for free
