Qistna Express

The bus leave us on the border of Singapore, and we had to pay for a bus to go to a train station and then the train to Little India.

Bus was late for 2 hours.

Everything went smooth

There is no toilet on the bus, that's inconvenient. But driver is really nice.

Longer trip than expected and first driver was quite rude

Ride itself was good and comfortable seats. Amount of stops was high as well as the time it took to arrive in Singapore from KL (7,5h), customs took only 30 minutes!

My name is LUU THANH TU, I have completed the procedures to wait on the bus gate at TBS. However, Qitsna Express informed me that the bus at 12:30 on March 12, 2019 has been canceled (for unknown reason), and that I will be refunded the money I bought the ticket into the account of my visa card. But I still do not know when the Qitsna Express (or 12go.asia) will make a refund, because I bought another ticket to travel from KL to Singapore on the same day. I look forward to receiving the answer as soon as possible. Best regards.

The bus was delayed but the attendant staff were not able to tell me how long it will be delayed. All they said were you just have to wait after 2 hrs, we will refund the money. We didn’t have 2 hrs to wait so they suggested that I bought new tickets for different bus lines for the next departure time and we did. But before the new bus comes, the delayed bus arrived so we hopped on that bus and we wasted 2 new tickets that we just bought. We wish that the staff can be informed better for communication with passengers.

This was listed as a five hour bus ride. We left 30 minutes late and it took seven hours to get there. On top of that we didn’t get dropped off at the little India arcade! We were left 2 km away and the bus driver said something about not being able to see the road. What??

Bus departed 15min late. Had 1 pit stop then 2 immigration stops. No announcement was made what we shd do when the bus stoped and stop for howlong I cant select seat when purchase tickets. When boarding the driver said its free seating. After I selected my seat, then few passengers came up to bus and claimed that we took their seats. We had no choice but to let them have it and we moved to the back of bus. Then at JB, the bus pulled over at a petrol kiosk and passenger in front brought their luggages down. After asking only v knew that the bus has no permit to enter Singapore and v have to switch bus. Other than that all were good.

Comfortable but probably a mistake to go straight through to Singapore. It would have been quicker to stop at Jahore and make your own way to Singapore as we ended up waiting for the entire coach load to get through immigration before setting off to the next stop.

The times have changed often and long waiting time! But the bus is clean and comfortable!

My bus arrives 3 hours delayed and no one gave us an explanation.

Drivers were not accomodating. Driving is almost swerving, makes you feel uneasy. We also transferred to another bus without telling us the reason why which extended total travel time.

More than 2 hours and a half late ..

The bus was overbooked so i had to take the seat next to the busdoor next to the driver. But the driver was friendly and the trip ok. The integration tooks 120min

The bus as nice, non-eventful during the ride. However, the AC is so high, it was freezing and I was frozen. I worn and wind breaker and had a wrap - not enough. at one point the driver had the radio music (their country liking type of music) real loud. Come'on, it's an over night bus, give passengers a break to sleep a little. Please.

Non fidatevi degli orari, se avete programmi, perchè noi siamo arrivati alle 16.30 invece delle 13.30. Al gate stavamo quasi per perdere il bus x la poca professionalità dello staff. Del resto corriera comoda e autista simpatico!

Originally I was to depart by 11:50 PM, good thing I went early to board, then I found out that there was no bus departing on that time. So the personnel from the TBS counter changed the reservation to 11PM since that was the new schedule. If I was late or had no enough time, I might have missed the bus. So for the travel agency 12go, make sure that all your schedules are the same with the schedule of the bus operator. Or at least inform us for the new schedule an hour ahead. With regards to the bus, the couch smells bad. In fact, It did'nt feel like a VIP reservation. Anyways, what's important is being able to arrive safe in singapore. The operator and the travel agency should be doing more to serve the customers well.

I gave 5 stars rating, because you might read the comment :) In general about the Kuala Lumpur - Singapore travel: 1. Overbooking there is general overbooking fir the rides. So it is important to be on time (even before the recommended time). Next, read all info on the e-ticket, so you will know where to check-in at the bus station. If you go to wrong counter, it might take 20+ minutes to receive the tickets. 2. Borders (there are two - the Singaporean is more important) If there is any bank holiday or weekend, it might take 1-2 hours to go through the Singaporean boarder. The bus might not wait for you. Relax, your luggage will be with you, you have to get off from the bus. Experience: Started with 40 ppl, but only 28 seats on the bus. We left 14 of them at the boarder. We were lucky.

The bus was an hour late and the voucher was not accepted at the ticket counter at first. The bus, on the other hand, was then very comfortable.
