The ride from Bangkok to Vientiane was ok. Nothing to complaint about. When we stopped at the border, the crew could have told us to get off the bus at least. All the natives got off the bus, the tourists weren‘t sure what was going on. Otherwise everything was good, would book it again!

The seats were quite hard. The staff didn't speak English, but above all they didn't try to explain what was being said. And yet the staff spoke a lot! In fact, we were asked to pay 5 baths per person during the journey... no matter how many times we asked why, we never got an answer ....

It was fine ..but i hope it was there WIFI and electricity to charge the phones

2h waiting time at the border was somewhat unnecessary, bus not particularly comfortable but still cheap alternative to the flight. Contrary to a few reports there were no problems with us at the border crossing

The bus was quite dirty. It departed a little later than scheduled and arrived an hour later than the scheduled time.

Fast overnight journey, reclining seats with plenty of legroom, a few stops including one for lunch. Only downside: the air-conditioning is a bit loud. Bring warm clothing (common in this type of transport).

The bus was comfortable, excellent service, breakfast and water for each passenger, polite conductor handed out forms to fill out in advance when crossing the border.... Great trip

In general about 12Go - good service, but may not be profitable in terms of money. I have used their services 4 times in the last 12 days. Bangkok to Samui, Samui to Pangan, Pangan to Bangkok. From Bangkok to Vientiane (Laos). But back to Bangkok I did not use their services and now I will tell you why. At all stages of our journey everything suited me: You come to the office, get a screenshot of the ticket, they put you in a comfortable bus with reclining seats, sometimes provide some food rations. So there are stages of docking the bus - ferry, it is not very convenient, because you are looking for the pier. Then you can get a shuttle to your hotel for extra charge, it's very comfortable. In the reverse order everything is the same. The only thing that started to confuse me was that in articles about travel, people who bought their own tickets at the ticket office always indicated prices lower than those listed on the website. Well write it off to the cost of the service itself, or that the prices may not be up to date in the articles on the internet. At the time of the last trip took tickets to Vientiane (Laos) for 1100 baht per person. There was no longer any office where the carrier's staff would help you get on the bus. You yourself arrive at the bus station MoChit, you walk around the floors and look for the right, unremarkable ticket office, you get the standard ticket and it shows the real price - 900 baht. It turns out that for two tickets you lose on services 400bat. The question is what for? If you can just come to avtovokal and do exactly the same action and get exactly the same service. Further more, we got to our destination and began to look for tickets for the return journey. Vientiane to Bangkok. The cheapest option on the website is a bus for 1400 baht per person. At this point a suspicion arose that this is not the most economical option. We decided to try to buy tickets on the spot. In the end came to the bus station ticket office in Vientiane, asked for tickets for the bus to Bangkok - the price of the ticket in kip in baht came out 946 baht per person. That's how much better to count. Savings for two people 908 baht (1816r). At the same time it was the same bus, also VIP, even better condition than the previous one. Inside the bus the same service - bring a meal and water, give a blanket, then even in exchange for tickets bring more food, at one stop, seats otsidyutsya strongly. My overall conclusion is that sometimes buying tickets through this service is convenient, but remember that it's not particularly profitable. There's no problem buying tickets at the box office for a lower price and get all the same services without overpaying the middleman.

I have to say that it was aabsolute chaos at the Bangkok bus station, because nobody knew what to do with my voucher. Really no one. I would be sent from counter to counter for over an hour and no one could issue me a ticket and the voucher was not accepted as a ticket. At one point I was sitting in an office, an employee then spent an eternity and several times on the phone with someone. Then just before the bus left I was issued a ticket. I have toagen that after this experience I would never book through this site again and would not recommend it to anyone. There is obviously a big problem of communication with the bus company on site. Sorry!

Everything's good except 1 hour delay arrival than schedule time.

Bus stood 3 hours at the border, arrived instead of 7 o'clock only at 10 o'clock in Paxe

The bus had a toilet that didn't flush so just stank to high heavens! Also turned up 3 hours late to Siem Reap, even getting overtaken by the 9am bus! They did provide a tuk tuk to our hostel in Siem Reap though so get 2 stars for that and 1 as the bus was quite empty so had a lot of space.

If you booked online, you need to go to the office just across the street from Udon Thani Bus Terminal 1 and NOT the ticket office in the station. If you forget they will tell you anyway. Buying a ticket at the office is 100 baht cheaper but if you don’t already have your visa, you won’t receive a ticket! To save yourself some pain, get your Lao visa online through their eVISA portal. It makes getting across the border very easy. You also need $1 (40 baht) for border crossing fee. Otherwise the trip was a little bumpy (expected) but they also stopped for a 30 minute lunch break and a nice restaurant/market.

Air-condition is not working. Too hot for an 8 hour trip.

The numbers of this company have been very helpful to me. At the border they didn’t explain me as I thought I will travel in the same bus after the border however they take care of me and bring me to each border! They also offer coffee and snack which was nice as I been travelling for long time 20h of bus

It would've been nicer if there was a English guide or instructions on the way. but bus itself was pretty good, enough space to stretch your legs out.

VIP Seats are totally awesome! Almost horizontal, huge space in any directions, big windows. I would recommend you to take your own pillow. This was the best bus experience in my life, honestly!

It's super service ???? , bus condition was very good and runs so smoothly and was on time , it provided some snacks when it start and in midway given 30Bath coupon to eat from food court . Everything was nice in the bus and my trip to Laos too ..

Good service, maybe I would improve the border issue, they didn't tell us very well and we were alone and didn't know where to go.

For the price you are paying, it is enough fair. The guide was extremely friendly and always telling us all the instructions. They gave us breakfast and lunch, something that I was surprised with. It was an excellent experience.

Bus was old, but everything works good, we arrive on time, so it's ok.

Good service - our tuktuk driver took us to the wrong bus stop so we missed the 8am bus however we were placed on the 9am service. Bus was comfy though the toilet wasn't flushing but we had 2 toilet stops. Quality of food and snacks was really good and the courier was helpful guiding us through the 2 immigration stops. Overall a good bus transfer from Siem Reap to Bangkok.

Tardaron muchisimo en enviar nuestros billetes por mail, 5 dias antes del dia q ibamos, lo habiamos comprado 1 mes antes. Llegamos a la estacion y no tenian contancia de nuestra reserva, casi nos quedamos sin poder salir porque estaba casi lleno y solo salian 2 buses diarios.

We took a trip on July 23, 2016 between Phnom Penh and Bangkok. Apart from the lack of comfort in the bus that made the journey between Phom Penh and Poi Pet, we have nothing to say. I would add that an effort could be made on their part to explain to travelers that there is a bus transfer at the border. Similarly, a little comfort on the bus would be welcome (at least room for backpacks in the hold or a small bottle of water).

Company was very efficient and helpful, bus still rickety but got to Bangkok in one piece. Just one negative element and absolutely NOT the fault of the company....but was a complete shambles at the Thai border....2 1/2 hours in a snaking queue with just 1 desk open for foreign immigration!!! They finally opened 5 (!!) Once they realised the people backing up!!!

Excellent service from the bus company and from 12go Asia. Food was good. The only negative I can think of is that the toilet on the bus started to smell bad. I highly recommend using this mode of transport.

Luckily my tuk-tuk driver knew where the new location was. Our assigned seats were also assigned to 2 other passengers by the bus company. Again, luckily, the bus was not full so we were able to seat wherever we pleased. The border crossing at Poipet is a complete gong show and there was little to no instruction as to where to go and it is not streamlined or obvious due to good signage. The food provided was decent, though they could have come through the cabin to remove garbage afterwards. Overall, not the best way to travel between Siem Reap and Bangkok, though the price was considerably lower than flying.

The trip was nice, but the address of the bus station in Siem Reap is not the good one. I had to pay 3$ for another tuk tuk who brought me to the right bus station. However we were few in the bus and the eating was good, even if we had to keep our wastes with us...

We arrived Bangkok an hour before expected time, that's great! However, we faced some problem with boarding point which mentioned in the voucher, it was been closed and moved to another place, This should be update asap!

I've travelled from Siem Reap to the Bangkok on May 2, 2016. Pros: 1) We arrived at the Bangkok an hour before expected time. 2) We received a lot (3-4 bottles per 1 person) of water and snacks during our journey. Cons: 1) The boarding point on the voucher leads me to the Bus Station near the KFC restaurant, that was closed because the company moved to another place, likely there was a good man who told me where it is and its located nearby (5 min on the car). It was a little bit nervous when i come to the close office 30 min before the bus departure. 2) The travel company sold the seats 4A and 4B, that i preorded 2 month before to some other tourists. When i try to figure out whats going on the client manager just move me to 9th row near the toilet, where i really do not like to seat. Likely again someone doesnt come and i get seats on the second row. 3) The bus was infected with the cockroaches and the entrance in their kingdom was located nearby me, so i have to spend some time to build a barricades from the paper, seal the entrances and kill couple of roach guards. 4) Nobody clean leftovers, since we received a lot of food it become a problem. 5) Leather seats in a hot bus. 6) The ticked price from Siem Reap to Bangkok is 1.3 bigger then Bangkok to Siem Reap. Hope this helps.

Bus was on time, clean and very nice. We have received snacks and small lunch and we were helped to get through the border. In Bangkok we were hour before expected time. Very nice travel!

Bus was very comfortable and the air con was a good temp. The ride was smooth. They didn't get our reservation from the booking company I used but we were on the next bus (an hour later).

Smelled like pee in the whole bus. The guy who handed out the food didn't come back for the trash after the meal as he should have done. There was a tv in the front of the bus but it was turned off or wasn't working.

Bus was goog, service also. only the air conditioner didn't work really well.
