Mayke VWe specifically chose a taxi service because of its comfort. Unfortunately this was completely lacking.
The taxi was extremely expensive; 90 euros. But for this we expected a lot more comfort than the minivans; 12 euros.
However, this was not the case.
We thought that by booking the taxi we would not have to wait and would be able to stop more often along the way due to motion sickness.
The driver was very late. We had to wait almost two hours for him to finally show up! On the way he refused to stop for us. And besides, he drove like a total idiot. He was driving very fast and skidding through the bends, you could hear the tires screeching.
We are very upset and angry about this service. We paid a huge amount of money and had a terrible ride. The return journey with the cheap van was much more comfortable.
We would also like to hear in a response how to resolve this, we demand at least compensation of half of the amount paid.

My driver (Jeff) arrived was well prepared and he even arrived before the scheduled time.

Abigale HChiang Mai airport to Pai. Friendly, lovely driver named Chet who was waiting on my arrival (20 min earlier than the pickup time I’d booked!). Was great to get on the road quickly. Chet was super accommodating of the fact I’d just landed from an early morning flight. He waited with my bags while I got a tea in the airport, and we stopped for a quick breakfast on the road. He was so kind and friendly and I really enjoyed driving with him!
