We booked the transfer that said it was to khao sok hotel. Then when it asked for the specific location I entered cheow lan pier because I thought our tour started there. I realized after that we actually did need to go to a hotel in khao sok and tried to change it but the support at 12go said it was too late and to let the operator know directly. I didn't think this would be an issue since we technically booked and paid for the transfer to khao sok hotel but they insisted we pay and additional 500 baht. the driver herself was very nice but this extra charge was frustrating and didn't make sense .

Great trip! The driver was waiting for us with a sign with our names on it when we arrived and was very helpful with our luggage. His driving was good and the van (an upgraded vehicle from what we booked) was very comfortable. He surreptitiously took a few pictures of us which was a bit odd, but other than that it was a good service and we highly recommend it!
